We have taken our 3 year old there several times and it was always great but this was beyond awful. The lady Alesse, who runs it greeted us with a grimace like she had never seen us before and then told us that she wouldn't be able to cut his hair if he cried. My son was not crying and he had yet to cry there ever getting his haircut. She then proceeded in a behavior that would cause one to question if she were trying to get him to cry! She wouldn't let me hold him like I always do but he still didn't cry so that was good. She cut a little bit of his hair and then walked away to rinse another woman's hair out with two other employees there who were either sweeping or just done with a client. I asked one of the other stylists there if she could jump in and cut my sons hair. He is three. He's not going to stay still forever. So she went and told Aleese that she was going to cut his hair and I heard Aleese call out, put him in your chair then. Luckily he got to stay in the same seat because he was staying so still and being so good that I refused to make him move just because the woman who ran the place took an instant dislike to his parents. We will not be back. She might as well had sucker punched my faith in humanity. What a mean lady!

Mom is in a wheelchair. Elise goes over and above to work with Mom's disabilities to give her a perm and fix. Best.
