The office staff is very unprofessional and rude. I hate to give Dr. Bowers a bad review, but he definitely need to address the lack of manners and unfriendliness his employees portray, especially over the phone.
Everyone I have met has been very polite. Dr Bowers is also kind and takes time to listen to what you have to say. Not too long office wait times, either.
